Book before midnight of the night before your visit to get discounted tickets.
In wet weather (or in days following) please wear appropriate clothing as parts of the farm will be muddy. Hoo Zoo sits on a natural floodplain, therefore wellington boots are vital if visiting during or just after wet weather.
Animal enclosures at Hoo Zoo are set up for the enjoyment of our animals, they are not forced to sit on display and may require looking for. Our carnivores are fed a natural diet meaning you may see whole dead prey items (such as dead chicks) in their enclosure.
Only service dogs are allowed on site.

Come along to one of our special SEN nights where the zoo will be open exclusively for SEN children and adults along with their families.

All loud music will be turned off along with our Dinosaurs from 6.30pm - they will still be there to walk around and see but won't move or make noise.

Online Bookings are recommended as we do have a limited capacity. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Come along for a unique experience at Hoo Zoo. See Santa as he visits his furry and feathered friends here whilst enjoying a bit of a summer break.
Pop in and see Santa in his summer house. Help his Elves sort his Christmas letters before heading through and seeing the main man himself. Make sure you’re one of the first on his present list before getting your very own teddy bear.
This ticket DOES NOT include admission to Hoo Zoo - a valid admission is required to take part in Summertime Santa!
Book nowOn Wolf Awareness Day we will be offering the opportunity to fence feed our Wolves.
Each ticket allows 1 person to feed one of the Hoo Zoo wolves through safety fencing from their housing area. Minimum age of 16 for all participants - no exceptions. Please be aware the fence feed locations are not wheelchair accessible.
Each feeding opportunity will be in groups of 5-10 people and each person will be able to feed 1 food item and take photographs.
All proceeds go towards Balkani - a charity assisting in Wolf Conservation in Bulgaria.
Tickets are only valid when purchased with zoo admission.

On International Lynx Day we will be offering the opportunity to fence feed our Lynx and Bobcats.
Each ticket allows 1 person to feed one of the Hoo Zoo Lynx and Bobcats through safety fencing from their housing area. Minimum age of 16 for all participants - no exceptions. Please be aware the fence feed locations are not wheelchair accessible.
Each feeding opportunity will be in groups of 10-15 people and each person will be able to feed 1 food item and take photographs.
All proceeds go towards caring for all the cats that call Hoo Zoo home.
Tickets are only valid when purchased with zoo admission.

On World Primate Day we will be offering the opportunity to fence feed one of our primate species.
Each ticket allows 1 person to feed one of the Hoo Zoo DeBrazza Monkeys, Common Marmoset or Squirrel Monkeys. The DeBrazza Monkeys are fed from outside their habitat through the safety fencing, whereas the Squirrel Monkeys and Marmoset will be from inside the habitat. Minimum age of 16 for all participants - no exceptions. Please be aware the fence feed locations are not wheelchair accessible.
Timings for feedings:
11am and 3pm - Marmosets
11.20am and 3.20pm - Squirrel Monkeys
11.40am and 3.40pm - DeBrazza Monkeys
